Website visits

The hosting provider may process standard request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and security signals.

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides an aggregate traffic baseline. Google Analytics and PostHog usage analytics start on the first visit and can be switched off at any time.

Usage analytics sends explicit page, service, article, product, source-link, and contact-intent events. Campaign values are sanitized, advertising storage stays denied, and raw URLs, advertising click IDs, email addresses, message content, page text, and WebLingo analytics data are not collected.

Your choices

Usage analytics and masked session replay are separate choices. Replay stays off unless you enable it and is limited to a 10% sample of public routes with all text and inputs masked. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer at any time; the Cookies control also returns after an opt-out.

A mailto click records contact intent only. It does not prove that an email was sent or received.

Analytics retention

PostHog pseudonymous browser identity is limited to 90 days. Daily aggregate reporting is retained for up to 400 days and monthly aggregates for up to 36 months. Aggregate records do not contain visitor identifiers.

Email inquiries

If you email contact@lucent-lab.com, the message and the information you include are processed by the sending and receiving email providers. They are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, manage a business relationship.

Retention and rights

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may use the same email address to ask about access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Operator details

The legal notice identifies the operator and contact details. The notice and jurisdiction-specific privacy wording remain under review.
